OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of the Women’s Dept of WOE is to:
- Provide a safe and welcoming space for women to connect with one another and build friendships.
- Offer opportunities for personal growth and spiritual development through conferences, workshops, and other events.
- Serve WOE through outreach and sisterhood activities.
- Support one another through prayer, encouragement, and practical assistance.
OUR GOAL
Our goals for the Women of WOE include:
- Attracting women of all ages and backgrounds to our fellowship and beyond.
- Providing a diverse range of activities and events that appeal to women with varied interests and needs.
- Building a strong, supportive community of women who encourage and uplift one another period.
A TRAILBLAZER FOR EMPOWERMENT & FAITH
Minister Dia’tiema Daniels a woman of faith stepping into the realm of Christian ministry, Minister Daniels has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to spreading the message of faith and hope. Armed with over 25 years of leadership experience in the ministry has equipped her with a profound understanding of the spiritual needs of individuals and the ability to guide them on their journey. Through her sermons, women to women “down to earth” counseling, and community outreach programs, Minister Daniels has touched the lives of many, providing solace, guidance, and a sense of purpose.
Navigating between serving as a Correction Officer to that of Minister, Dia’tiema Daniels has spent 15 years of her life as a New York City Correction Officer, rising through the ranks to the esteemed position of Captain. This experience taught her valuable lessons in leadership, discipline, and the importance of service to others. Despite her success in the field, Dia’tiema felt a calling that extended beyond the prison walls, leading her to pursue her passion for Christian ministry.

Mission: Empowering women who have faced hardships by providing a supportive network, coaching, and hybrid training sessions to help them discover their full potential and transform their lives.
Vision: A world where every woman, regardless of her past challenges, embraces her uniqueness, achieves greatness, and inspires positive change in her community.
Purpose Statement: Women of Excellence (WOE) exists to be a beacon of hope and empowerment for women who have faced hardships. Through our unwavering commitment to coaching thought partnership, and hybrid training, aim to create a sister.

• Community Expansion: Expand our community reach by establishing satellite chapters in underserved areas, reaching a broader audience.
